It was summer of August 2002 in Mandsaur. We were in the MIT boys Hostel room no. G12. I and my brother GV went to Room no. G10 to collect some information day to day study guidelines. We saw a boy wrapped in Cream Color Bhagalpuri Chadar. We formally introduced each other; he was Amit pandey from Patna and our EC Class mate. I thanked to God that someone in my batch is from our locality. We gathered all information from him and left the room.
I remembered the day of first semester Exam result; all peoples were celebrating their results. But Amit was going to hostel. I called him, “Hey Pandey What happened boss? How was your result?” He didn't say anything. After a moment Bhatt told me “Amit has 4 out of 5 papers back". I was shocked “how is that possible?". But Sometimes reality is bitter than fiction.
We all hostel friends in EC postponed our result party and went to pandey. We consolidated him “you will surely clear all the papers in next term yar, don't worry". But the fact is that, the matter was about to think. We said to him “All IZZ WELL Boss".
Two days passed, Amit came to our room & again we enjoyed a lot in the evening. We were happy that our dear friend Amit took these backlogs sincerely not seriously. As months passed, in next term Amit cleared all the back papers & regular papers. I thought at that time If I were in the situation of Amit, Surely I quit to the situation. But hat's off to him.
After some time, my paper has been rejected from 7-8 colleges.
Then pandey told me "Hey GP you are made for something big boss, surely your paper will be selected in top college. Don't lose hope".
I told “Is it so?". He didn't say anything.
After a week my paper got selected in BIT mesra Techfest. A real joy to me & I thanked pandey to support me. Everytime whether it was the time of job search in pune, Pandey was always beside me and my brother. He supported us as a mentor.
Yesterday my brother GV informed me that Pandey has got a seat in SCMHRD/SIIB for executive MBA. I was full joy. I congratulated pandey.
At night I was thinking about him, what a character pandey has! Really superb. He always comes from the hard ships with vibrating colors.

Management needs Hunting.....................
Hunt is one of the most optimistic words in English Vocab. Our society is such a forest, where our hunt begins from our birth. God placed all invincible armor in your chariot. Since birth you are in the wild forest to explore amours from your chariot. In childhood days, our parents help us to hunt our qualities from ourselves. Motivation is the key used to explore your hidden qualities. The face of motivation changes from chocolate to passion. But for this you need hunt your inner qualities.
The same thing applies to everywhere. Everybody has same amours in his chariot but one who learns how to use them at the right time and at the right moment reached at the top. Sometime this hunt changes from your insights to other hidden talents. When come to business, things come into big plate. You need to hunt everything from this big plate. The management is the tool which is made to explore it. The manager needs to understand the requirement of every single associate in firm and leads them for a common goal. The thing looks very simple, but it's not so. Every individual has different priorities, goals, needs and motive. Manager is the person who identifies the qualities of every single person. When the goals and needs of individual secured, then they leads to the common goal of company. But the modern age managers are failing to find the psychology of human mind. They need money from business. But they forgot that associates needs to motivate for the common goal. Associates are not like cattle. Our new managers treat peoples like slave. But they forgot that "Slaves lose everything in their chains, even the desire of escaping from them". You can't lead dead body of humans to your goals.
Dear New managers please you are paying for the hunt of invincible qualities of associates and it is not an easy job.
